How can clients renew Mada Debit Card from NCB?
When visiting a Self Service kiosk:
- Enter current Mada Debit Card from NCB, then from the main menu, click 'Card Renewal' .
- Enter a new PIN, then to confirm the new PIN .
How can clients request a (New, Replacement, Additional) Mada Debit Card from NCB using reference number via Self Service kiosk?
Step one – Request Mada Debit Card from NCB issuance via AlAhliMobile :

- Login to AlAhliMobile.
- Click "Accounts" then "Mada Debit Card from NCB" .
- Select the desired card, then click
. - Select "New Card – Self Service", then click "OK" .
- Enter the Activation Code sent via SMS to the registered mobile, or via AlAhliToken .
- Click "Confirm" .
An SMS will be sent with a reference number for the next step at the Self Service Kiosk.
Step two – Issue Mada Debit Card from NCB via Self Service Kiosk
After completing step one above, and receiving the reference number via SMS, at the Self Service kiosk:
- Touch the screen, then selects Card Issuance "using Reference Number" .
- Enter "Reference Number", then the Activation Code sent via SMS to the registered mobile .
- Enter a new PIN, then to confirm the new PIN .
*For Card Replacements, the card to be replaced must be stopped first.
