 Prepaid Issuance (Fees : 200 SAR per year excluding VAT)

  •  Enter the current card, and from the main menu, choose "Credit Card"
  •  Select "AlAhli Prepaid Card"
  •  Choose the account number and the name to be printed on the card
  •  Confirm the transaction after reviewing the terms and conditions
  •  Obtain your prepaid card from the device

 Debit Issuance by Reference number  ( Fees for Supplementary Card Issuance | Lost/Stolen Card/PIN Blocked Card Replacement : 30 SAR excluding VAT)

  • Step one – Request Mada Debit Card from SNB issuance via AlAhliMobile:
  • Download AlAhliMobile Now!





  • Login to AlAhliMobile.
  • Click "Accounts Management" then New Debit Card issuance ( self-service )
  • Select the account and then select "Continue"
  • Enter the Activation Code sent via SMS to the registered mobile, or via AlAhliToken.
  • Click "Proceed".
  • An SMS is sent with a reference number for the next step at the Self Service Kiosk.
  • Step two – Issue Mada Debit Card from SNB via Self Service Kiosk
  •  After completing step one above, and receiving the reference number via SMS, at the Self Service kiosk:
  •  Touch the screen, then selects Card Issuance "Through Reference Number".
  •  Enter "Reference Number", then the Activation Code sent via SMS to the registered mobile.
  •  Choose the account number and the name to be printed on the card, then choose "Confirm"
  •  Enter a new PIN, and then re-enter it
  •  Collect your card from the device

  Debit Card Issuance by ID number (Fees for Supplementary Card Issuance | Lost/Stolen Card/PIN Blocked Card Replacement : 30 SAR excluding VAT)

  • Touch the screen, and then select "Through National ID/Iqama"
  • Enter the ID number, then the Activation Code sent via SMS to the registered mobile.
  •  Choose the account number and the name to be printed on the card, then choose "Confirm"
  •  Confirm using your thumbprint.
  •  Enter a new PIN, and then re-enter it
  •  Collect your debit card from the device

 Debit Card Renewal

  •  Enter current Mada Debit Card from SNB, and then from the main menu, click "Debit Card".
  •  Select "Renewal".
  •  Enter a new PIN, and then re-enter it
  •  Collect your debit card from the device



Statement printing (Fees : 25 SAR excluding VAT)

  •  Enter your card, and from the main menu, choose "Statement printing".
  •  Choose the account and the period, and then choose the language.
  •  Confirm the printing process
  •  Obtain the account statement from the device

IBAN printing

  •  Enter the current card, and from the main menu, choose "Official Documents"
  • Choose from the menu, "IBAN"
  • Choose the account number, then confirm the operation
  • Obtain the IBAN letter  from the device

Balance Certificate printing

  • Enter the current card, and from the main menu, choose "Official Documents"
  •  Choose from the menu, " Balance Certificate"
  • Choose the account number, then choose the language, then confirm the transaction
  • Obtain the balance certificate from the device

 Update Mobile number

  • Insert the current card, and from the main menu, choose "Update mobile and email"
  • Choose from the menu, "Mobile Update"
  • Enter the new mobile number, and then confirm the transaction
  • Enter the one-time activation code sent to the registered mobile or using AlAhliToken.
  • Confirm using your thumbprint.
  • Mobile number is updated

How can clients renew Mada Debit Card from NCB?

When visiting a Self Service kiosk:

      • Enter current Mada Debit Card from NCB, then from the main menu, click 'Card Renewal' .
      • Enter a new PIN, then to confirm the new PIN .

​How can clients request a (New, Replacement, Additional) Mada Debit Card from NCB using reference number via Self Service kiosk?

Step one – Request Mada Debit Card from NCB issuance via AlAhliMobile ​:

      • Login to AlAhliMobile​.
      • Click "Accounts" then "Mada Debit Card from NCB" .
      • Select the desired card, then click ​.
      • Select "New Card – Self Service", then click "OK" .
      • Enter the Activation Code sent via SMS to the registered mobile, or via AlAhliToken .
      • Click "Confirm" .

An SMS will be sent with a reference number for the next step at the Self Service Kiosk.


Step two – Issue Mada Debit Card from NCB via Self Service Kiosk

After completing step one above, and receiving the reference number via SMS, at the Self Service kiosk:

      • Touch the screen, then selects Card Issuance "using Reference Number" .
      • Enter "Reference Number", then the Activation Code sent via SMS to the registered mobile .
      •  Enter a new PIN, then to confirm the new PIN​ .

*For Card Replacements, the card to be replaced must be stopped first.
